- Our Therapists work in multiple locations. We will try our best to accomodate your requested times, however, this may not always be possible and we thank you for your flexiblity.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to become aquatinted with your therapist and to prepare for the services. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our service professional, we ask that you notify the spa of cancellation a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 24 hours, 50% of the value of the treatment will be charged. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours of treatment time will result in 100% of the service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the value of the service. Please understand that cancellations impact our therapists greatly and under no circumstance will Paniolo waive the cancellation policy, however, we may offer a full or partial credit to be used in the future.
Spa Etiquette
Our spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. Please turn off your cell phones and other mobile devices to preserve the peace of the spa and respect of other guest.
Gratuity
It is common practice to leave gratuities for all persons in the service industry that you feel have done a good job. For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for your therapist.
Non-B&B Guests
Spa guests who are not planning to stay overnight will be charged $30 per person for use of facilities such as: swimming pool, hot tubs, gathering accommodations, ect.
